Return Policy

 

30 Days + Right of Withdrawal (14 Days EU)

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the return address are at your own expense. Within the EU, these costs are approximately €6.50 per package, and outside the EU, €14.95. Please consult us for the exact rates.

To start a return, please contact us. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions.

Returns sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to the seller with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess or sell the product, we may charge you for the depreciation. So please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, you can contact us. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after your return has been registered, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

> Personalized digital services

(for expample: toilet floor mat, Styling Advice PDFs tailored to your space)

> Opened or used home decoration accessories

(for example: adhesive tile stickers, bath mats, etc.)

Value Reduction

If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in the refund amount.

Want to exchange an item?
First, return the original item. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 Days)

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason.

·         The item must be unused and in original packaging

·         Receipt/proof of purchase required

·         This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

·        If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
